ABOUT  SUNCOAST LEGAL DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS, LLC

You get the advantage of our skill and expertise to get the documents required to meet your specific needs, but without the expense of an attorney.  Gayle Coffman has significant experience in family law, probate and estate planning, as well as elder law.  She is a recently retired credentialed paralegal having worked for more than 40 years in the legal arena, assisting lawyers mostly in the fields of family law, personal injury defense litigation, appeals and real estate law.

During her long tenure as a family law paralegal, Gayle regularly performed any and all tasks associated with complete responsibility for the progression of a case, from Petition to Final Judgment, including drafting motions, responses, interrogatories and answers, requests for production of documents and defensive pleadings for attorney review.  She was responsible for organizing and indexing all factual data required, as well as preparation of Family Law Financial Affidavits.  Additionally, Gayle worked very closely with a research attorney, handling all of the transcription of memorandums of law, appeals, etc.

Gayle took all training necessary to become a Process Server and she also became a Nationally Certified Professional Legal Guardian for a period of time.

We tailor our services to the unique needs of each customer, ensuring that our customers’ documents are of the highest quality and accuracy possible. Each person’s situation is unique, and your documents will be customized to meet your specific needs for your specific situation. We are here to help, but we cannot make decisions for you. You provide the information, we provide the documents. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. You, as the customer, are responsible for providing accurate information to us in clear and easy to complete worksheets so that the professionally prepared documents will be correct when completed.

Referral to an attorney:

If you have questions that require actual legal advice (that we cannot legally answer), we can refer you to an attorney for phone consultation. If you feel you should hire an attorney to represent you, you should.

Our Guarantee:

Suncoast Legal Document Solutions guarantees all of our work for thirty days. If for any reason you need to revise your documents during that time, we will do it at no extra charge. In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet your needs, we will gladly refund your payments.

Offering knowledgeable and professional legal assistance to small law firms that cannot maintain a full-time paralegal.

The advantage to utilizing a freelance paralegal is that you get the advantage of my skills and expertise to get the documents required to meet your specific needs.

I can provide freelance, occasional, part-time, quality legal assistance without the expense of bringing someone on staff as a permanent employee or paying the high cost of a temporary staffing agency. I have my own office, and my own equipment and software needed to work remotely for all your occasional needs.

My forte is family law discovery, but I also offer freelance paralegal services in other areas such as typing appeals and providing extra assistance during trial preparation.
