CONTESTED  FAMILY LAW - Initial Filing: Flat Fee Pricing only $300 ($75. per hour, four hour minimum) for the following document sets:

• Dissolution of Marriage (all types - with or without children and/ or property, etc.).
• Paternity. 
• Petitions for Name Change.
• Supplemental Petitions for Modification (all types  - child support, child custody/ timeshare, and alimony).
• Domestication of Foreign Judgments.
• Petition for Temporary Custody by Extended Family Member or Petition for Concurrent Custody by Extended Family Member. 
• Family Adoption, including stepparent, grandparent, or other close family member. [You must use a law firm or certified adoption agency for adoption other than a closefamily member.] 

FAMILY LAW Supplemental or supporting documents: Flat Fee Pricing only $150. ($75. per hour, two hour minimum) for the following work that may need to be done as the case progresses through the court system:

• Counter-Petitions.
• Answers; Motions; Notices; Miscellaneous other documents.
• Family Law Financial Affidavits - Long or Short Form.
• Child Support Guidelines Worksheets.
• Settlement Agreements (all types).
• Final Judgments.

UNCONTESTED FAMILY LAW Document Sets: $600.00  ($75.00 per hour, eight-hour minimum) for initial filing documents as well as Marital Settlement Agreement [or] Paternity Settlement Agreement; Parenting Plan and Child Support Guidelines Worksheets):

• This amount includes three drafts of each type of agreement such as Marital Settlement Agreement and/or Parenting Plan. Additional hourly rates apply if the eight-hour minimum is exceeded. 

Initial filing documents are those required to be filed when initiating the lawsuit [Petition; Civil Cover Sheet (if not generated by the Clerk's Office of that County; Notice of Related Cases; Petitioner's Notice of Social Security Number; UCCJEA Affidavit; Notice of Confidential Information Within Court Filing; Petitioner's Financial Affidavit; Summons; and any other document(s) required by a s pecific County.] Examples: DH-513 or Standing Orders.

Civil Actions: $300.00 ($75.00 per hour, four-hour minimum) for initial filing documents:

• Circuit Civil: Complaints, Answers.
• Small Claims: Statement of Claim.

Estate/ Probate Documents:

• Living Trust Package: $795.00 [Includes Living Trust; Pour-Over Will; Power of Attorney; Advanced Health Care Directive; Living Will; and HIPAA Waiver.) Spouse's identical package is an additional $100.00 for all.
• Last Will & Testament with Healthcare Documents: $300.00. Spouse's identical package is an extra $75.00 (One hour minimum).
• Miscellaneous: Powers of Attorney; Living Wills; Advanced Health Care Directives: $150.00 ($75.00 per hour, two-hour minimum). 
• Summary Administration of Estate - $300.00 ($75.00 per hour, four hour minimum), for initial filing documents.
• Petitions to Determine Incapacity: $150.00 ($75.00 per hour, two-hour minimum). Note, if a person is determined incapacitated, a related guardianship action must be conducted by an attorney. 

Real Estate / Landlord Tenant:

• Real Estate Transfer Documents (Special Warranty or Quit Claim): $75.00
• Evictions, initial filing documents: $150.00 ($75.00 per hour, two-hour minimum).
• Real Estate Trusts: $150.00 ($75.00 per hour, two-hour minimum).

Business/ Miscellaneous Civil Documents:

• Incorporations, LLC Formations: $150.00 ($75.00 per hour, two-hour minimum).
• Promissory Notes: $75.00
• Business Agreements: $300.00 ($75.00 per hour, four-hour minimum).

Miscellaneous Services:

• Wedding Ceremonies: $150.00 ($75.00 per hour, two-hour minimum, including travel).
• Mobile Notary (at your location): $150.00 ($75.00 per hour, two-hour minimum, including travel).
• Remote Online Notary: $75.00 per hour, one-hour minimum (requires access to a computer camera, as well as a scanner and email system).
